Performing a GPA with fixed landmarks

Input data for the gpagen function must be in 3D array format (see the Reading/Importing Data tutorial for more information) or an object of class geomorphShapes.

Once you have your data in the proper format you are ready to perform the GPA:

plotAllSpecimens(GPA$coords)
